Dmitri Zadorojnii
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Dmitry Zadorozhny has been part of AUTODOC’s journey since 2011, playing a key role in shaping its evolution from a fast-growing startup to a European market leader. With a background in software development and entrepreneurship, Dmitry built the company’s tech foundation and digital strategy as CTO before becoming CEO in 2023. Today, he focuses on innovation, operational excellence and empowering teams to deliver sustainable growth and value for customers, partners and stakeholders across Europe.
Lennart Schmidt
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Lennart Schmidt joined AUTODOC in 2019, bringing extensive international experience from Volkswagen and SEAT, where he held leadership roles in Europe and Asia. Since becoming CFO in 2023, he has overseen finance, investor relations and strategic planning, driving transparency and long-term value creation. Lennart’s focus is on strengthening AUTODOC’s financial foundation while supporting innovation and sustainable growth in a rapidly evolving mobility landscape.

The Supervisory Board acts as a trusted partner, providing oversight and strategic advice. Their diverse experience ensures responsible governance and transparency, while safeguarding the company’s long-term vision and stakeholder trust.
Alexej Erdle
Founder/Member of the Supervisory Boar
Alexej Erdle co-founded AUTODOC in 2008 and served as CEO until 2021. After leading the company’s growth into a European market leader, he transitioned to the Supervisory Board in September 2021 to support the company’s long-term strategic direction.
Vitalij Kungel
Founder/Member of the Supervisory Board
Vitalij Kungel co-founded AUTODOC in 2008 and served as CFO until 2021. As a Supervisory Board member, he provides expertise in financial oversight and supports the company’s sustainable growth strategy.
Max Wegner
Founder/Member of the Supervisory Board
Max Wegner co-founded AUTODOC in 2008, serving as Chief Business Development Officer until 2021. Since joining the Supervisory Board, he has focused on expanding strategic partnerships and maintaining strong relationships in key European markets.
Sandra Dax
Member of the Supervisory Board
Sandra Dax brings international leadership experience from BMW, SAP and consulting roles. She has held senior positions in finance, sales and strategy, with a strong focus on innovation and transformation in the automotive and technology sectors.
Jeremy Honeth

Jeremy Honeth is a partner at Apollo with deep experience in global private equity and capital markets. He joined AUTODOC’s Supervisory Board in April 2024, providing expertise in strategic growth and corporate finance.
Ulrike Handel
Member of Supervisory board
Ulrike Handel has over 30 years of leadership experience in media and digital services. She has held CEO and senior executive roles at leading international companies and joined AUTODOC’s Supervisory Board in 2024 to advise on digital strategy and organizational development.
Alexei Kletenkov
Chair of Supervisory board
Alexei Klotenkov began his career in investment banking, working for major institutions in Moscow and London. He later became vice president at a leading Russian brokerage and joined the Supervisory Board of AUTODOC SE in 2021, focusing on strategic guidance and corporate governance.
