We have set up our Sustainability and Governance Structure to comply with Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). The ultimate responsibility for sustainability within the company lies with our Chief Executive Officer. He ensures that sustainability is seamlessly integrated across all relevant business areas and decision-making processes, setting the tone for our long-term vision.
To provide strategic oversight, a cross-functional Sustainability Committee has been established. This committee includes key executives: the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Chief Operating Officer (COO), and the Chief People Officer (CPO). The committee convenes regularly to review sustainability objectives, monitor progress, and steer the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) agenda.
Supporting the committee, we have a dedicated Sustainability Management function, which is responsible for the operational implementation of our sustainability strategy. Additionally, a cross-departmental Sustainability Team supports data collection, reporting activities, and the execution of ESG-related initiatives across the organisation.
We take a holistic approach to managing sustainability-related risks and opportunities, integrating them into our broader Risk Management system. ESG aspects are considered systematically at the strategic and operational levels, ensuring that sustainability is woven into every decision we make.
We regularly review and update our governance structure to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements – specifically the CSRD and European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). This process supports the continuous enhancement of our sustainability performance and ensures that we remain accountable to our stakeholders.
